Health & Safety Surveys

Site inspection to assess condition of individual trees.

Visual assessment of the health, condition and safety of specified trees with recommendations on immediate and future management.

Subsidence Risk Assessments

Insurance companies often insist on this type of report for mortgage purposes.

An inspection is conducted to assess the likelihood of trees causing subsidence damage to an identified property. A report is produced covering the assessment of the trees (within influencing distance) both on and off subject property. We will also detail recommendations for remedial tree works.

Reports for planning Applications

ATS can support your application from the very outset. From the survey phase of the development (initial- Tree Surveys and Tree Constraint Plans) to the Design Phase (Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Tree Protection Plans) through to the construction and aftercare phases (Arbocultural Method Statements and site supervision.)

All work carried out in accordance with British Standard 5837:2005 ‘Trees in Relation to Construction Recommendations’
